On occasion, you will see an unbooked Kari partner and may wish to get a ride without booking through the Kari platform - this is known as a ‘street hail’. The Kari system does not enable partners to accept street hails, and drivers who pick up passengers who haven’t requested through the app is both illegal and dangerous for riders and drivers. Drivers who violate this policy will be deactivated.
