On occasion, individuals may ask you to give them a ride outside of the Kari platform for cash or convenience - this is known as a ‘street hail’. The Kari system does not enable partners to accept street hails, and picking up passengers who haven’t requested through the app is both illegal and dangerous for riders and drivers. Drivers who violate this policy will be deactivated.
