If you are booked for a delivery and arrive at the dropoff and don't get a response from knocking at the door or ringing the doorbell here's what to do:

  1. Try contacting the receiver via the app.
  2. Contact the store and ask for their direction. They may want you to leave the delivery in a specific spot or return it to the store.
  3. If you don't receive any further direction from either the sender or receiver take the delivery back to the store and end the trip when you drop it off.

You never want to leave a delivery in an unsafe place or enter anyone's home or property without their consent.
